Is there any way to get office xp to create new folders as new contacts come in. and then automatically sort them the next time they come in. my major way of communicating i spend as much time looking for emails as i do sending them. Or am i wishing on a star here. Or even is there any easier way of creating rules.

Creating Rules-What about Outlook 2000?
So if I have more than one contact from a company or domain i would be able to set up a filter for each sender. I am able to do this on out-look but can't find the Then create rules (Tools > Rules) to file messages into the appropriate folders. You will need one rule per sender whose messages you wish to file.

I suppose someone ought to mention that what you're doing is creating guides for those who want to have a bit more realism in certain situations, not creating rules that MUST be played.
